A200 channel letter bending machine is the perfect upgrade of the A130. It can be used to process flat aluminum and folding aluminum with height of 20CM and 1.2MM thickness. It is suitable for most aluminum profiles on the market and can bend 9 cm sponge strip aluminum strips. It is your first choice for high-side aluminum letters.

A200 channel letter bending machine features:

1.Adopt manual-operated thread lifting to lock the clamping material for easy adjustment of material height.

2.The front pneumatic clamping mechanism and the rear double rubber roller feed ensure that the material will not wear and scratch;The closed-loop material detecting mechanism can ensure the feeding more accurate. It adopts the front and rear swinging knives structure which match the font groove angle automatically and applied to various folding materials.

3. The double-axis linkage copper roller shaft arc bender eliminates waiting time in forward and reverse arcing, high efficiency, no scratch on aluminum material, smooth discharge and low resistance. 4. Software adjustment is convenient and fast, and the accuracy is higher.
