Cooling method
|

Features:
This special hot bending machine, unique double-layer design, one tube on the upper layer, three tubes on the lower
layer (can be controlled by one tube or three full-open), especially suitable for material bending under 15mm thick, The plate is heated and softened at the same time, and the heat is said to avoid foaming of the plate. The upper layer can be turned off within 6mm of the plate, and the single layer can be heated, and the design is humanized. The lower heating gap (0-100mm) is adjustable,and the maximum heating area is 70mm. The larger the heating area is, the larger the bending curvature is. The heating time can be determined according to the thickness of the plate. The voltage is used to control the heating temperature, which is convenient and practical. If you need to bend the angle, you can turn off the other two heating tubes. You only need a single heating tube to work.
Note: After the standby device is completely cooled after use, close the gap of the heating tube, otherwise the machine panel will be easy to loose!
